BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING, April 24, 2024

The Board of Review was called to order by Town Chairman Michael Dorsey at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the Town Hall.  Proper notice was given as the notice was posted on the town hall bulletin board and town’s website on March 16, 2024.  Present were Chairman Mike Dorsey, supervisors Katie Appel, Will Bergmann, Jeremy Hall and Brent Priebe, and board of review alternate Kyle Yunker.  Also present were town clerk Janet Krueger and assessor Anthonie Draaijer.  The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

Mr. Hall moved, seconded by Mr. Bergmann, to adopt the agenda; motion carried.

Mr. Draaijer, assessor, certified the 2024 assessment roll.

Alternate board of review member Kyle Yunker took the Oath of Office.

Mr. Draaijer was sworn in, in the event an objection is presented during the first two hours of the meeting.

The clerk informed the board no notices of intent to appeal were received.

Chairman Dorsey called a recess of the Board of Review until someone appears requesting a waiver from the forty-eight hour required notice to hear an assessment appeal/objection and the Board of Review recessed at 6:35 p.m.

Chairman Dorsey called the Board of Review back to order at 8:30 p.m.  No one came in to appeal their assessment.  Mr. Hall moved, seconded by Mr. Bergmann, to adjourn the meeting, sine die; motion carried and the 2024 Board of Review was adjourned at 8:31 p.m.
