BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING, June 17, 2026

A meeting of the Town Board of Adjustments for the Town of St. Croix Falls from May 21, 2026, was re convened and called to order by Vice Chairman Ron Micek at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the Town Hall.  Proper notice was given as the agenda was posted at the town hall and on the town’s website on June 12, 2026.  The Pledge of Allegiance was said.  Present by roll call were Vice Chairman Ron Micek, members Joel Yunker and Chairman Angela Behning was present by phone.  Also present was town clerk Janet Krueger.

Ron Micek/Joel Yunker moved to approve the agenda; motion carried.

The clerk explained that a calculation error was made on the original application.  The request to allow a structure within the highway set back at 1317 182^nd Street should have been 21 feet instead of 22 feet from the eave and 20 feet instead of 21 feet from the structure.  Joel Yunker/Angela Behning moved to amend the findings of facts with the 21’ foot setback from the eave and 20 foot setback from the structure; motion carried on a unanimous roll-call vote, 3-0.

There being no further business, Joel Yunker/Ron Micek moved to adjourn the meeting; motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
