2026 TOWN OF ST. CROIX FALLS TOWN CAUCUS – January 21, 2026

The call for the 2026 Caucus for the Town of St. Croix Falls was read and the caucus was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.  Notice was posted at the town hall and on the town’s website on January 8, 2026, and published in the Inter-County Leader on January 14, 2026. Five (5) electors of the Town were in attendance.

 

Will Bergmann/Katie Appel moved to nominate Brent Priebe and Jeremy Hall as caucus tellers; motion carried.

 

Jeremy Hall/Brent Priebe moved to make nominations from the floor by voice; motion carried.

 

Katie Appel/Will Bergmann moved to declare a candidate in the event of a tie by conducting another voter of only tied candidates; motion carried.

 

Nominations for Town Board Supervisors were opened.  Jeremy Hall/Brent Priebe moved to nominate Katie Appel.  Jeremy Hall/Brent Priebe moved to nominate Will Bergmann.  No further nominations were made.

 

Mike Dorsey, Brent Priebe and Jeremy Hall certified the nominations consisting of Katie Appel and Will Bergmann for Town Board Supervisor positions to be placed on the April 7, 2026, ballot.

 

There being no further business before the caucus, Will Bergmann/Jeremy Hall moved to adjourn; motion carried and the caucus was adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
