SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING, May 21, 2026

A special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of St. Croix Falls was called to order by Chairman Mike Dorsey on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 5:33 p.m. at the Town Hall.  Proper notice was given as the agenda was posted at the town hall and on the town’s website May 15, 2026.  The Pledge of Allegiance was said.  Present by roll call were supervisors Katie Appel, Will Bergmann and Brent Priebe.  Supervisor Jeremy Hall was absent.  Also present were town clerk Janet Krueger.  Others present were Lucas Chapman.

Bergmann/Priebe moved to approve the agenda; motion carried.

Bids received for crack sealing were:  Fahrner Asphalt Sealers – $58,419.94; Precision Seal Coating Inc – $37,260.00; Thunder Road, – $66,420.00; and Seal Tech Inc – $55,372.50.  Bids received for mastic patching were:  Fahrner Asphalt Sealers – $23,593.00; Precision Seal Coating Inc – $19,740.00; Thunder Road, – 4,400 @ $2.87(?); and Seal Tech Inc – $54,600.00.  Bergmann/Priebe moved to award the bid to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers in the amount of $82,012.94 (crack sealing – $58,419.94 & mastic patching – $23,593.00); motion carried on a unanimous roll-call vote, 4-0.

There being no further business, Bergmann/Priebe moved to adjourn the meeting; motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
