A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIVE YEAR NOTE WITH MIDWESTONE BANK FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW DUMP TRUCK FOR THE TOWN OF ST. CROIX FALLS

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of St. Croix Falls, Polk County, Wisconsin, has requested a loan from MidWest One Bank in the amount of $297,603.00 to finance a new dump truck; and

WHEREAS, MidWestOne Bank provided a loan proposal for the amount of $297,603.00 at a 4.80% fixed tax-exempt interest rate for five years.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of St. Croix Falls, Polk County, Wisconsin, approves a five year note in the amount of $297,603.00 with MidWestOne bank; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Chairman, Michael Dorsey and Town Clerk, Janet Krueger are authorized and directed to sign the necessary documents to effectuate the application of the loan.
