A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT WITH RANDY PROCHNOW AS ASSESSOR FOR THE TOWN OF ST. CROIX FALLS

FOR THE YEARS OF 2027, 2028 AND 2029

WHEREAS Wisconsin Statutes 60.307(4) states the Town Board of the Town of St. Croix Falls may contract with an independent Assessor for the Town’s assessment maintenance, and

WHEREAS Assessor Randy Prochnow submitted a proposal of services for the assessment of the Town of St. Croix Falls for years 2027, 2028 and 2029.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of St. Croix Falls, Polk County, Wisconsin, does approve the Assessment Contract with Assessor Randy Prochnow for assessment periods of 2027, 2028 and 2029 with an annual fee of $18,500.00; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment of services be as follows:  first payment of $8,000.00 by January 31^st, and second payment of $10,500.00 upon conclusion of the annual Board of Review.
